Femi is a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with a special interest in neuro-developmental disorders and childhood developmental trauma presentations and management. He also specialises in public mental health. He is a honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer in Psychiatry at King's College Medical School. Femi is also a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists; the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry; the British Association of Psychopharmacology and the Academy of Medical Educators. He is the author of several academic papers and is the Designated Doctor Safeguarding Children for the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Dr Balogun completed his post-graduate child and adolescent psychiatry training on the prestigious Maudsley post-graduate training programme in London and is listed on the GMC's specialist register for expertise in paediatric psychiatry.
